The Holder Will Provide A Project Management Assistance Function Over Part Of The Application Scope Of The Program Software Division, Covering In Particular The Ged Gdc Project And Primavera, With The Possibility Of Subsequently Integrating Other Applications Attached To This Same Division According To The Needs Of The Sgp. His Missions Will Be As Follows: 1. Ensure L2 Functional Support: Ticket Qualification, User Assistance, Incident Resolution, Publisher Escalation; 2. Carry Out Functional Administration: Management Of Rights, Settings, Maintenance Of Repositories, Correction And Improvement Of Data Quality; 3. Carry Out Functional Recipes (Simple/Intermediate/Complex): Test Book, Execution, Reporting Of Detected Anomalies; 4. Provide Support For Production And Deployment: Release Notes, Guides, Proper Functioning Tests; 5. Provide Support For Maintenance In Operational Condition (Mco): Detection And Qualification Of Anomalies/Developments, Active Participation In Mco Monitoring Points In The Presence Of The Publisher; 6. Ensure Evolving Monitoring: Analysis Of Publisher Versions, Recommendations And Update Version Upgrade Planning; 7. Contribute To One-Off Methodological Support For Business Advisors, Via Targeted Demonstration Sessions; 8. Prepare And Execute Reversibility: Knowledge Transfer, Complete Documentation, Recovery Supervision And Support For The Buyer; 9. Provide Regular Reporting (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) Via Powerbi: Backlog, Sla, Support/Admin Performance; 10. Participate In Structured Comitology: Operational, Contractual, Strategic Committees, Other Targeted Tool Bodies (Speed Ticketing, Coged); 11. Respect Strict Slas (Assignment, Processing, Reopenings, Presence In Instances).
