Within Berytech, The Communication Department Plays A Central Role In Ensuring The Visibility, Positioning, And Outreach Of Its Initiatives. Berytech Currently Employs A Content And Communication Coordinator Who Leads Communication Coordination And Planning For Programs Under The Act Smart Initiative, Ensuring Alignment Between Program Teams And The Communication Department. In Parallel, The Coordinator Oversees Content Strategy And Development For Berytech As A Whole, Maintaining Coherence In Messaging, Brand Voice, And Content Output Across All Channels. As The Current Coordinator Will Be On Leave For A Period Of Three Months, Berytech Is Seeking A Content And Communication Consultant To Temporarily Assume These Responsibilities. The Consultant Will Work Under The Coordination And Supervision Of The Communication Manager, And In Close Collaboration With The Wider Communication Department, To Ensure Continuity, Strategic Alignment, And Quality Execution Across All Communication And Content-Related Activities During This Period. Scope Of Work Over The Upcoming 3 Months, The Content And Communication Consultant Will Be Responsible For The Following: Communication (Act Smart Specific) Communication Planning & Implementation Develop And Implement Communication And Outreach Plans For Act Smart Programs In Coordination With Program Stakeholders And The Communication Department. Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment 1. Attend Relevant Meetings, Draft Communication Briefs, And Brainstorm With Program Stakeholders To Ensure Alignment. Communicate Key Updates And Needs Internally Within The Comms Team. Creative Briefing & Material Development Brief Visual Designer(S) To Develop Communication Materials And Ensure Outputs Align With Program Objectives. Reporting & Analysis Prepare Communication And Performance Reports, Including Analysis Of Activities And Social Media Metrics. Content Creation / Social Media Management (Berytech Wide) Content Planning Draft Clear And Timely Content Plans For Social Platforms, Aligned With Key Messages, Channels, Stakeholders, And Program Needs. Content Production Produce High-Quality Visual And Text-Based Content For Social Platforms (E.G., Reels, Stories, Polls, Testimonials, Photos), In Collaboration With The Design Team When Needed. Brand & Audience Alignment Craft Engaging And Well-Structured Content That Reflects The OrganizationS Brand Voice, Style Guidelines, And Target Audience Needs. Community Management Handle Direct Messages, Engage With The Online Community, And Serve As The Point Of Contact On Social Media Channels. Event Coverage Attend Relevant Events To Capture Activities And Develop Insightful Content. Content Review & Quality Control Review And Revise Content For Clarity And Quality, Incorporating Feedback When Needed.
