Of The Public Procurement Code Concluded With An Economic Operator. - The Market Is Based On Purchase Orders For The Following Services: O Moving And Exceptional Technical Assistance Services O Purchase Of Associated Software (Including Maintenance) O Purchase Of Annual Maintenance Packages This Part Of The Market (Framework Agreement On Purchase Orders) Is Concluded With No Minimum And With An Annual Maximum Of 30,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat - The Market Is At Unit Prices According To The Quantities Actually Executed, Regarding The Maintenance Of Equipment (Cost Per Page)? These Prices Are Identified In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). The Framework Agreement Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations, It Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. For The Purchase Order Part, The Terms And Conditions For Issuing Purchase Orders Appear In The Ccap Minimum And Maximum Amounts: The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into Without A Minimum Amount And For A Maximum Annual Amount Of 30,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax The Contract Also Includes Recourse To The Public Catalog/Tariffs.
