C) Requirements For The Transport And The Granting Of Commercial Permits According To § 8A Ii S. 3 Pbefg, The Intended Öda Sets Requirements For The Transport Covered In Terms Of Timetable, Transport Charges And Standards. In Accordance With Section 13 Iia Pbefg, These Requirements Are Crucial For The Approvability Of Commercial Applications. In Accordance With Section 13 Iia Pbefg, They Lead To The Rejection Of An Application For Personal Benefit That Deviates From This; The Same Applies To Applications That Only Relate To Partial Services.
