Bicycles – City Bike System. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Various Types Of Bicycles And Additional Equipment Supporting Bicycle Traffic, Together With A System Including Technical Infrastructure, Software, Solutions Enabling The Management And Handling Of Rentals, As Well As Co-Organizing And Ensuring The Operation Of The City Bike System In Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Hereinafter Referred To As The City Bike. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery Of Bicycles And Additional Equipment, Installation, Launch And Operation Of The Website, Mobile Application, Customer Service Office And The Provision Of The City Bike Support Service, Which Serves As A Public Utility In The Field Of Bicycle Transport In Such A Way That Each Authorized User Can Rent A Bicycle In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And The Applicable Fee Schedule. 3. The Scope Of The Order Is Divided Into 3 Stages And Includes, Among Others: A) Stage I: Execution Of Painting/Wrapping Projects For All Types Of Bicycles And Additional Equipment, Preparation Of Draft Regulations And Contracts Concluded With The City Bike User, Presentation Of Sample Bicycles And A Mobile Application, Delivery Of 15 Pcs. Of City Type Bicycles For Short-Term Rental, 10 Pcs. Of City Electric Bicycles For Short-Term Rental, Delivery Of Cabinets For Storing And Charging Batteries And Execution Test Run Of The City Bike System, B) Stage Ii: Delivery Of All Remaining Bicycles, Wheelchair Drives, Trailers For Transporting Children, City Bike Operating System, Additional Elements, Organization And Launch Of The Customer Service Office And Launch Of The Entire City Bike System, C) Stage Iii: Provision Of Support Services, I.E. Operation Of The City Bike System Starting From The Date Of Launch Of The Entire System For A Period Of 6 Years. 5. The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements Regarding The Method Of Its Execution Are Specified In Detail In The Annexes, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of This Tor: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Appendix (Appendices No. 4 And 4A To The Tor); B) Draft Provisions Of The Contract Along With Annexes (Appendices No. 2, 2A And 2B To The Swz). 6. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, First Quality, Free From Defects And Approved For Use, And Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates (Confirming Compliance With Polish And European Standards), Quality Certificates And Meet The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out In Applicable Law.
