1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces (Surface Consolidation Using A Mixture Of Asphalt Emulsion And Grits) Of Roads In The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune. Road Renovation Will Be Carried Out Using Patcher Road Repairers. The Order Covers The Delivery And Installation Of An Emulsion-Grit Mixture On Roads In The Wola Krzysztoporska Commune (In Damaged Places) In An Estimated Amount Of 300 Tons, With The Proviso That The Amount Of The Mixture To Be Incorporated May Be Reduced By No More Than 20%. Settlement Between The Parties Will Be Made For The Actual Amount Of The Incorporated Mixture. 1.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Annex No. 4 To The Swz Employers Guidelines - Annex No. 7 To The Swz Detailed Technical Specification - Annex No. 8 To The Swz Bills Of Quantities (Attached As Auxiliary Information) 1.3. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including Swz And Annexes, As Well As The Recommendations Of The Employer And The Investors Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order.1.4. Due To The Fact That The Settlement Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum, The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Against The Technical Documentation. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Resulting From The Technical Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them Based On The Design At The Contract Price.1.5. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct The Quantities Of Works In The Bill Of Quantities According To His Own Calculations Based On The Order Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Valuation Based On Technical Knowledge, Technical Documentation, And His Own Assessment, Taking Into Account All Necessary Construction Works To Complete The Investment In Question.1.6. The Remuneration Per Tonne Of The Mixture Is A Lump Sum And Its Scope Includes All The Elements Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.1.7. As Part Of The Lump Sum Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Necessary Auxiliary Activities.2. Warrantythe Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: - A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For A Period Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Last Batch Of The Order.
