1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Inspection Of The Bullet Trap At The Shooting Range And The Replacement Or Repair Of Metal Elements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Two Inspections Of The Bullet Trap And The P1 Barrier As Well As Repair Or Replace Damaged Metal Elements On The Premises Of Facility No. 450 In K. And Dimensions (As In The Drawing Attached As Annex No. 3 To Swz) Kg/2 With A Beveled Front Edge. The Plates Are Replaceable Elements. Steel Elements Of The Shutter Breaker With Dimensions Of 310X10mm With A Welded Element At An Angle Of 120° And Dimensions Of 145X10mm Are Mounted On The P1 Shutter (Fig. Cross-Section A-A In Each Window, 3X700 Mm Long. As Part Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed: A) Two Inspections Of The Bullet Catcher And The P1 Barrier, Which Include: - Disassembly And Assembly Of Anti-Ricochet Plates, - Cleaning Of The Catcher Plates And Gutter And Disposal Of Fragments, - Visual Inspection Of The Catcher Plates Along With Measurements, - Qualification Of Elements For Regeneration Or Replacement, - Inspection Of Other Supporting Elements, - Qualification For The Regeneration Or Replacement Of The Supporting Structures Of Anti-Ricochet Plates And Their Fastenings, - Each Time After The Review, Preparation Of A Report With The Description And Values Of The Fired Plates And The Supporting Structure As Well As Photographic Documentation; B) Replacement Or Repair Of Metal Elements, The Service Includes: - Disassembly And Assembly Of Anti-Ricochet Plates, - Making One Or More Elements Of The Bullet Catcher Plate As Needed From S-355 Steel 16 Mm Thick With Disassembly Old And Assembly Of A New Plate; - Making One Element Or Several Elements Of The P1 Barrier Breaker As Needed From S-355 Steel 10Mm Thick, - Repairing/Renovating The Catcher And/Or Breaker Plate As Needed, - Supplementing Damaged Anti-Ricochet Plate Fastenings, - Making Or Repairing Another Metal Element In The S-355 Steel Barriers; - Protect All Replaced Steel Elements Against Corrosion By Painting With Primer Paint Anti-Corrosion And Surfaced With Black Oil Paint; - All Materials Used Must Have The Necessary Approvals, Certificates And Approvals Allowing For Use In Construction, - Before Replacement, All Dimensions And Elevations Must Be Absolutely Checked And Adjusted To The Existing Condition In Compliance With The Principles Contained In The Project.
