The Purpose Of The Order Is: • Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In Accordance With The Law For The Investment Project Consisting In The Construction Of Cubature Stands In The Form Of 3 Buildings With Sports And Administrative Functions With A Built-In Garage For Land Care Machines Along With Land Development And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, • Obtaining A Building Permit, • Taking Into Account The Staged Implementation Of Construction Works, • Performing Authors Supervision. The Technical Documentation Attached To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex 2) Is A Starting Point, And The Solutions Contained Therein Constitute The Basis For Further Development, Which Should Be Verified And Clarified At The Stage Of Developing The Design Documentation. The Developed Design Documentation Will Be Basis For Announcing A Tender For Construction Works And Implementing The Investment Project. 2) The Services That Are The Subject Of This Order Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex A To The Swz And With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
