Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Printing Services

Part No. 1. Printing And Delivering Publications And Printing Materials To The Ordering Partys Organizational Units. The Contractor Undertakes To (Applies To Part 1): 1) Print The Materials; 2) Exposures (If Necessary For Technical Reasons); 3) Bind The Materials; 4) Test Prints (Digital Proofs) At The Ordering Partys Request; 5) Deliver The Printed Materials At Its Own Expense To The Ordering Partys Office And Bring Them To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party Located On Within The City Of Gdańsk.3. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of The Order.4. Other Regulations Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Templates Constituting Annexes No. 2.1 And 2.2. To The Swz, On The Terms And Conditions Specified Therein, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order.5. If In This Tor The Ordering Party Indicates Trademarks Or The Origin Of Products Or Own Names, It Means That It Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Products Which Will Be Identical Or Not Inferior In Terms Of Quality And Use To Those Mentioned By The Ordering Party In The Product Name. Equivalent Products Proposed By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. If Equivalent Products Are Proposed, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Products He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, As Well As Provide The Trade Name Of The Product And Describe Equivalent Products Along With The Values ​​Confirming Their Equivalence.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.7 Act. Subcontracting:1) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S).2) In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Order. 3) The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If They Are Already Known) The Names Of These Subcontractors. 4) Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Contract.8. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Of The Act Informs That It Requires The Contractor And Subcontractor(S) To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of Each Part Of The Order, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 277, As Amended).
