Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of Road Markings Using Thin-Layer And Thick-Layer Technology

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Road Markings On Municipal Public Roads And Roads Managed By The Mayor Of Zakopane Using Thin-Layer And Thick-Layer Technology. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Mechanical Execution Of Thin-Layer Markings Of Segregation Lines, Edge Lines, Cross-Sections At Pedestrian Crossings And Other Supplementary Signs In White And Blue, 2) Manual Painting Of Arrows And Other Symbols, 3) Execution Of Thick-Layer Markings At Pedestrian Crossings In White And Red, 4) Removal Of Horizontal Markings. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In: The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Detailed Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Material And Financial Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement By A Maximum Of 30% Of The Value Included In The Offer Cost Estimate Due To Renovation And Investment Works Currently Carried Out On Roads.5. Equivalent Solutions: 1) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Stwiorb Or Other Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Without Using The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. It Is Assumed That Each Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent.2) Equivalent Solutions Are Solutions That Ensure Technical, Technological, Functional, Operational And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Use Of Equivalent Solutions May Not Lead To Deterioration Of The Quality, Durability Or Functionality Of The Subject Of The Order.3) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4) The Offered Materials And Equivalent Devices Must Have The Approvals, Certificates And Approvals Required By Law For Use In Construction.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For Horizontal Markings Made Using Thin-Layer Technology For A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For Horizontal Markings Made Using Thick-Layer Technology For A Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works (Offer Evaluation Criterion).
