3. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Reconstruction Of The Village Community Center In Kazimierzów; 2) Changing The Use Of The Rural Community Center On The Low Ground Floor Into A Day Support Center; 3) Reconstruction Of The Roof; 4) Reconstruction Of External Stairs With The Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People; 5) Insulation Of Walls; 6) Separation Of Parking Spaces, Accesses, Hardening And Landscaping Elements Around The Building; 7) Execution Of Works Installations: Electrical, Sanitary;8) Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Connection In Conflict With The Stairs;9) Construction Of A Pellet Boiler Room;10) Construction Of Mechanical Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations For New Rooms;11) Construction Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations; 4. As Part Of The Investment, The Contractor Also Provides Free Boiler Room Service For A Period Of Min. 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Operational Inspections Required By The Boiler Manufacturer, Which Should Be Performed By A Person Authorized By The Boiler Manufacturer. If Necessary, The Contractor Will Replace Parts And Consumables At His Own Expense. Confirmation Of Service Performance Will Be A Service Inspection Report Prepared At Least Once A Year. 5. As Part Of The Investment, The Contractor Also Provides Free Service Of The Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installation For A Period Of Min. 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Operational Inspections Required By The Manufacturer Of The Devices, Which Should Be Performed By A Person Authorized By The Manufacturer Of The Installed Devices. If Necessary, The Contractor Will Replace Parts And Consumables At His Own Expense. Confirmation Of The Service Performance Will Be A Service Inspection Report Prepared At Least Once A Year, Unless The Manufacturers Recommendations Specify A Different Frequency Of Necessary Inspections. 6. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order Based On The Design Documentation Attached To This Tender, I.E. A Design For The Reconstruction Of A Village Community Center Building With A Change In The Use Of Part Of The Building Into A Day Support Center With The Reconstruction Of External Stairs And A Ramp For Disabled People Along With Infrastructure On Plots No. 552/3, 552/4, 554/3, 554/4 Located In The Town Of Kazimierzów No. 93 Approved Building Permit Decision No. 244/2024 Of October 11, 2024. 7. At The Same Time, The Contractor Will Carry Out Construction Works On The First Floor Of The Building Based On The Notification Of Construction Works Of June 9, 2025. 8. The Ordering Party Informs That This Procedure Does Not Cover The Supply Of Building Equipment, Except For Those Clearly Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities.
