1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The Youth Sociotherapy Center In Łysa Góra With A Locksmiths Workshop With Internal Technical Infrastructure.2. The Intention Includes, Among Others, The Following: • Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Educational Building With A Locksmiths Workshop • Reconstruction Of The Internal Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage System • Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Internal Water Installation • Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Internal Electrical Installation • Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Internal Gas Installation • Construction Of An Internal Mechanical Ventilation Installation • Construction Of A Pv Panel Installation (8Kv) • Reconstruction Of The Internal Telecommunications Installation General Scope Of Works: • Preparatory Works - Demolition Works • Works Earthworks • Construction Works • Masonry Works • Roofing Works • Finishing Works • Installation Works3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Swz.4. The Bill Of Quantities Is For Informational Purposes Only.5. Works Not Specified In The Design Documentation And/Or In The Bill Of Quantities, But Necessary And Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Shall Be Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Contract.6. The Drawings And The Descriptive Part Are Complementary Documents. All Items Included In The Description But Not Included In The Drawings Or Included In The Drawings But Not Included In The Description Shall Be Treated As If They Were Included In Both.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site During The Duration And Implementation Of The Order Until The Completion And Final Acceptance Of The Works.8. Construction Works Should Be Performed Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party And In A Way That Minimizes Their Inconvenience To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Should Ensure Special Safety For People Working And Staying In The Facility. Particularly Onerous Works Should Be Carried Out After The Facilitys Opening Hours.9. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Any Damage Caused By His Actions Or Omissions And Is Obliged To Repair Them At His Own Expense. This Liability Also Includes Actions Or Omissions Of Persons And Third Parties Acting On Behalf Of The Contractor.10. When Reporting The Completion Of The Works, The Contractor Will Submit, In A Permanently Bound Form, All Documents Related To The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including: A) Instructions (In Polish) For The Use, Operation And Operation Of The Installed Devices, B) Warranty Documents Along With The Warranty Conditions Of All Installed Devices, C) Reports On The Testing Of Materials And Devices, D) As-Built Documentation, E) Documents Confirming The Quality Of Materials And Devices Used To Complet
