The Subject Of The Design And Build Contract Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With The Performance Of Construction And Renovation Works Based On This Documentation For The Task Titled: Execution Of The Project Together With The Replacement Of The Fire Alarm System In The Building Of Dps Kombatant Ul. Sternicza 125, 01-350 Warszawa. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Section 1 Of The Contract, Was Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Covering The Preparation Of Design Documentation, 2) Stage 2 - Covering The Execution Of Construction And Renovation Works Together With As-Built Documentation, And Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Works Performed; 3) Stage 3 - Covering The Provision Of Free Service, Inspection And Maintenance Services Of Devices And Installations As Well As Construction Equipment, The Servicing, Inspection (Including The Report) And Maintenance Of Which Are Required By Regulations And Manufacturers Recommendations In In Order To Maintain Continuous Efficiency And Maintain Warranty Conditions - During The Warranty Period.
