4.1. The Ordering Party Orders, And The Contractor Accepts, An Order Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Primary School In Kazimierz (Case Reference Number: Riir.271.3.2026). 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Implementation Of A Multi-Sector Construction Project For The Adaptation Of The Attic Above The Last One On The North Side, Built In 2020-2021. The Building Of The Primary School. Marii Konopnicka In Kazimierz, Ul. Sienkiewicza 18, Plot No. 189, Kazimierz District. The Attic Is Currently Not Used. The Ordering Party Provides Photographs Illustrating The Space Of The Attic In Question - In Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Assumes The Use Of The Attic For 4 Classrooms Along With Communication, Sanitary Facilities And Necessary Installations Required By Law (In Particular Electrical Installations - Including Fire Protection Installation, Computer Network, Internet (Also Wireless), Bell Installation, Photovoltaic Installation With Photovoltaic Panels Located On The Roof Of The Building In Question And Energy Storage, Sanitary - Water, Sewage (Discharge To An Existing Tank For Collecting Liquid Waste), Central Heating, Hot Water, Gas, Air Conditioning And/Or Heat Recovery And/Or Mechanical Ventilation (To Be Assessed By The Designer)). The Ordering Party Initially Assumes The Construction Of Dormers, Without Changing The Height Of The Building And The Angle Of The Roof Slope. Moreover, Taking Into Account The Needs Of Disabled People, A Legally Required Sanitary Facility And Communication Connecting The Adapted First Floor With The Ground Floor Should Be Provided. The Ordering Party Also Accepts The Possibility Of Designing A New Gas Connector For The Building In Question From The Existing Connection, To Power A Separate Heating Node In The Building (Regardless Of The Central Heating And Hot Water Installations Of The Other School Buildings). First, The Efficiency Of The Existing Boiler Room And The Possibility Of Supplying Central Heating To The Attic Should Be Checked. And Domestic Hot Water From The Currently Operating Installation. Attention Should Be Paid To The Possibility That Other Parts Of The School May Not Be Heated As A Result. The Developed Documentation Must Include Design Solutions That Take Into Account The Needs Of People With Disabilities (Including Architectural And Information And Communication Accessibility) And Other Solutions Resulting From The Regulations And The Nature/Purpose Of The Facility, And Not Included In The Scope In Question. 4.3. The Documentation Referred To In Section 1 Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Assumptions And Guidelines Indicated By The Employer In The Swz And In Accordance With Generally Applicable Laws, Including Those Relating To Educational Institutions And The Provisions Of The Local Spatial Development Plan.
