Preparation Of Design Documentation Consisting In Comprehensive Replacement Of The Surface Of Three Indoor Tennis Courts And Their Thermal Modernization, In Accordance With § 4 Section 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, Consisting In Particular Of: A) Plans, Drawings Or Other Documents Enabling A Clear Determination Of The Type And Scope Of Basic Works As Well As The Conditions And Exact Location Of Their Performance; B) Bill Of Quantities Of Works; C) Designs, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Separate Regulations.1.2. Carrying Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And Design Documentation;1.3. Handing Over The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party.2. The Contractor Provides Warranty For Defects And Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 60 Months.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Comprehensive Replacement Of The Surface Of Three Indoor Tennis Courts And Their Thermal Modernization In The Complex Of The Regional Tennis Center In Szczecinek Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz.4. Project Titled The Comprehensive Replacement Of The Surface Of Three Indoor Tennis Courts And Their Thermal Modernization In The Regional Tennis Center Complex In Szczecinek Will Be Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture, Administered By The Minister Of Sport And Tourism, And From The Budget Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship.5. The Subject Of The Agreement Performed By The Contractor And Handed Over To The Ordering Party Will Be Fully Consistent With The Agreement And Will Meet The Needs For Which It Is Intended.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Place Two Information Boards At The Investment Site At The Commencement Of Construction Works, Informing About The Implementation Of The Project Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture, Administered By The Minister Of Sport And Tourism, And From The Budget Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship.7.
