The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Tasks In The Design And Build Formula: Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of The Care And Treatment Facility (Zol) With The Transformation Of 15 Non-Zol Beds Into Care And Treatment Beds In Order To Improve The Conditions And Quality Of Care For Zol Patients Implemented As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D4.1.1 Development Of Long-Term Care Through Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Medical Entities At The District Level (Contract: Kpod.07.08-Ip.10-0168/24/Kpo/1155/2026/28, Recruitment: Kpod.07.08-Ip.10-001/24). When Implementing The Order, The Horizontal Principles Specified In Art. 9 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/1060 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, In Particular The Principles Of: - Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, - Equality Between Women And Men, - Sustainable Development, - Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned. Principles And Regulations Of Environmental Protection And Labor Law. The Implementation Of The Order Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Kpo) Must Comply With The Principle Of Not Causing Serious Damage To The Environment (Dnsh), In Accordance With Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In A Way That Does Not Violate Any Of The 6 Eu Environmental Goals:  Climate Change Mitigation,  Adaptation To Climate Change,  Sustainable Water Management,  Circular Economy (Circular Economy),  Pollution Prevention,  Protection Of Biodiversity And Ecosystems. Under The Dnsh Principle And Green Public Procurement Recommendations, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Take Actions Aimed At Preventing Pollution And Failures, B) Using Devices And Materials With Ecological Certificates, Wherever Possible And Justified By The Fulfillment Of Dnsh Requirements, C) Segregating And Recycling Waste Generated As A Result Of Work, D) Ensuring Safe And Hygienic Working Conditions For Employees, E) Compliance With Legal Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection And Occupational Safety.12.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 12.3. The Requirements (Duties, Tasks, Obligations) Imposed On The Contractor Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And In The Supplementary Scope (I.E. Not Regulated In This Swz) And In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
