A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Employers Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Confirm The Proposed Technical Parameters Of The Vehicle And The Ordering Partys Requirements In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
