1. The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Furniture To The Municipal Nursery Wesołe Brzdać.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Creation Of 30 New Care Places Under The Active Toddler 2022-2029 Program - 7Th Edition In The Municipal Nursery Wesołe Brzdać In Kraśnik, Ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 5, 23-204 Kraśnik, Co-Financed By Funds From The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan As Part Of The Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Under 3 Years Of Age Active Maluch 2022-2029 - Edition 7.3. Delivery Address - Nursery Wesołe Brzdać In Kraśnik, Ul. Słowackiego 5, 23-204 Kraśnik.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Purchase Of Equipment Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Together With Its Delivery And Installation In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Transport, Unloading, Bringing In And Assembly. Assembly Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Equipment, Taking Into Account Its Adaptation To The Rooms In Which It Will Be Used And To The Elements Located In These Rooms (Assembly Will Consist In Particular In Assembling, Installing, Positioning Or Hanging, And Leveling Individual Elements Of Equipment That Are The Subject Of The Order). Assembly Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Equipment Manufacturers.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Have The Required Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 1A To The Swz), Be Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use And Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law. The Ordering Party Excludes The Delivery Of Exhibition Equipment. The Equipment Must Have A Ce Declaration - Conformité Européenne Or Equivalent, And Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use - In Polish. The Equipment Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In Poland.6. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards. 7. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Third-Party Claims, Cannot Be The Subject Of A Pledge, Tax Lien, Seizure In Enforcement Proceedings, And No Other Action May Be Taken Against It That Could Result In Any Third-Party Claims. 8. Furniture Must Be Safe (Durable Products, Impossible To Disassemble By Children, Without Sharp Edges, Gaps, Not Emitting Harmful Substances, Etc.), Easy To Keep Clean (Smooth Products, Non-Absorbent, Easy To Wash, Etc.), Approved For Use In Construction And In Facilities Such As A Nursery, Non-Flammable.
