The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Launch Of Ict Infrastructure, Including In Particular Rack Servers, Nas Servers, Utm Class Devices, Network Switches (48-Port, 24-Port And 8-Port), Wifi Access Points, Access Licenses To The Server System And Software For Management And Inventory Of It Infrastructure. The Order Includes The Delivery Of Brand New, Unused Hardware And Software, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Complete, Ready-To-Operate Devices, Along With The Required Licenses, Accessories, Cabling And Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Configuration, Integration With The Existing Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party, Implementation And Provision Of The Required Services, Updates And Technical Support During The Period Indicated In The Procedure Documentation. The Offered Solutions Must Meet The Minimum Technical Requirements Specified In Annex No. 6 - Description Of The Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Equipment And Ensure Compatibility With The Existing System And Hardware Environment Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Provided That The Contractor Demonstrates That They Meet All Functional, Technical And Quality Requirements Specified In The Tender Documentation, Without Deterioration Of Operational Parameters And Without Generating Additional Costs On The Part Of The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Ensure The Required Manufacturers Warranty Period And The Provision Of Support Services In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Procedure Documentation.
