A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Contract, Respectively, For Parts No. 1, 2, 3, 4 And 5 Of The Order.3. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz For Parts No. 1, 2, 3, 4 And 5 Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).4. The Contract Template Specified In Annex No. 1C To This Terms Of Reference Has A Uniform Wording And Is Valid For All Parts Of The Order, I.E. Parts From 1 To 5.5.
