The Purpose Of This Order Is To Select A Contractor To Provide Design Services For The Purpose Of Preparing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Playground At Nursery No. 10, Located On Plot No. 3410/3 (Kędzierzyn District) At Ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 6; 47-232 Kędzierzyn-Koźle In Accordance With The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2026. The Plot Area Is 0.3305 Ha. The Documentation Should Include In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Pre-Design Studies: A) Geodetic Studies, 2) Development Of The Program And Spatial Concept And Its Positive Agreement With The Land Manager (Agreement With The Land Manager On The Part Of The Ordering Party); 3) Preparation Of Design Documentation Consisting Of: A) Construction Design Consisting Of: A.1. Plot Or Area Development Project, A.2. Architectural And Construction Design, A.3. Technical Design, A.4. Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection,A.5. A Set Of All Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Required By Law (Hereinafter Referred To As Formal And Legal Documents), Including Obtaining A Deviation From The Technical Conditions (If Necessary), B) Documentation For Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or For Facilities To Be Demolished (If Necessary), C) Detailed Design For Individual Industries, D) Bill Of Quantities For Individual Industries; 4) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Individual Industries; 5) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate Along With A List Of Costs Investment.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Documentation In Connection With The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2026 Program, Which Assumes The Reconstruction, Expansion And Retrofitting Of A Playground For Children Up To 3 Years Old Attending The Nursery, Including In Particular: 1) Development Of Green Areas, Clearing Out Unnecessary Bushes And Trees 2) Leveling The Area And Preparing It For Sowing A New Lawn, Planning New Plantings;3) Removal Of Some Of The Existing Surfaces 4) Disassembly Of Part Of The Fence5) Disassembly Of Garden Equipment That Is In Poor Technical Condition6) Design Of 1 Sandbox With A Roof, Integration Play Equipment, A Carousel, Arrangement Of Sensory Paths, Functional Walls, Installation Of Other Play Equipment, The Possible Fall Height Of Which Does Not Exceed 30 Cm.7) Design Of An Information Board In Accordance With The Departmental Active Playgrounds Program 20263.
