Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System. The Aim Of The Project Is To Increase The Level Of Information Security Of Local Government Units.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes:1) Utm Type I2) Switch Type I3) Implementation Of Utm And Switch Type I4) Utm Type Ii5) Switch Type Ii6) Implementation Of Utm And Switch Type Ii7) Nas Matrix8) Backup Software Type I9) Backup Software Type Ii10) Server11) Disk Array12) Switch Type Iii13) Operating System And Access Licenses14) Implementation Of The Matrix15) Server Implementation4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. The Order In Question Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Compliance Of The Delivered Delivery With The Technical And Quality Arrangements Specified For The Subject Of The Order. Due Diligence Is Required In The Implementation Of The Obligations Of The Contract.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation Of The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order.8. Equivalent Solutions:8.1. Whenever The Ordering Party, As Part Of This Documentation, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Tor, Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Products Or Services. Equivalent Products Or Services Must Guarantee Technical Parameters Not Inferior To Those Assumed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Obligation To Demonstrate That The Products Or Services Offered Meet The Above Requirements Lies With The Contractor. The Above Requirements Also Apply To Standards, Provided That Standards Are Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In Addition, Replacement Materials Or Devices Accepted For Valuation Should Fulfill The Function They Are Intended To Serve; Should Be Compatible With Other Devices So That The Set Of Devices Produces The Intended Effect.8.2.
