1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Supervision And Physical Protection Services For The Facility Of The District Office In Jarosław At Ul. Jana Pawła Ii 17 And Property Located Within The Protected Facility During The Following 12 Months, As Well As Maintenance Of External Areas.2. Through The Facility Of The District Office In Jarosław At Ul. Jana Pawła Ii 17 Should Be Understood As The Administrative Building Of The District Office In Jarosław Located At Ul. Jana Pawła Ii 17, A Garage Building Located On The Same Property And The Property At Ul. John Paul Ii 17.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Security Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Through The Organization And Activities Of The Security Service In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.4. The Service Of Supervision And Physical Protection Of The Facility Will Be Performed By The Contractor With The Help Of Security Personnel Employed By Him, Who Will Provide Direct Physical Protection Of Property Consisting Of Buildings, Their Rooms And Items Located In These Rooms, As Well As Items Located Within The Protected Facility.5. The Scope Of The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Ensuring Physical Protection Of The Facility Against Burglary And Property Against Theft And Other Accidental Events: A) On The Office Working Day (Business Day) From 2:45 P.M. To 8:15 A.M. On The Next Office Working Day (Business Day), B) On The Office Working Day (Business Day) With A Shortened Number Of Office Hours, Which Was Notified At Least 48 Hours Before, From The Office Closing Time To 8:45 A.M. On The Next Office Working Day (Business Day). Working Day),C) On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays And Other Non-Working Days, Including Those Introduced By The Starosts Ordinance, 24-Hour Supervision Until 8:15 A.M. On The Immediately Following Office Working Day (Working Day);2) Concierge Service During The Service: A) Controlling Passenger And Car Traffic During The Service, B) Issuing And Accepting Keys To Rooms And Keeping Records Of Issuing/Returning Keys, C) Checking The Completeness Of Keys To Office Rooms And Immediately Reporting Any Deficiencies To An Authorized Person, D) Helping Disabled People In Operating The Stair Platform, E) Daily Opening And Closing The Entrance Door To The Starosty Building, The Gate On The Ground Floor Next To The Stairs In The Side Staircase And The Entrance Gates To The Property Of The District Office In Jarosław; F) Daily Opening The Door To The Smoking Room At 7:00 A.M. And Closing It At 4:00 P.M.,G) Securing The Building Against Access By Unauthorized Persons After Office Hours,H) On Days Off And After Office Hours, Providing Access To Office Premises To Employees And Tenants Who Have An Appropriate Permit Issued By The Ordering Party;3) Locking Windows And Internal Doors In The Starosty Buil
