1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Supply Of Dolomite Aggregates In An Estimated Quantity Of Approximately 2,500 Mg, Intended For Renovation And Repair Of Municipal Roads.2. Estimated Assortment And Approximate Material Scope Of The Order: - Dolomite Aggregate With A Fraction Of 4 - 31.5 Mm (Tolerance For The Larger Fraction +/- 4 Mm) - Approx. 2,100 Mg. - Dolomite Aggregate With A Fraction Of 31.5 - 63 Mm (Tolerance For The Larger Fraction +/- 4 Mm) - Approx. 400 Mg.3. The Quantities Specified Above Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Specify The Delivery Quantities. The Actual Quantity Of Aggregate Purchased Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Not Exceed The Total Value Of The Order Specified In The Offer And Contract.4. The Aggregate Will Be Delivered From The Mine To A Place Indicated In The Commune By An Employee Of The Ordering Party, At A Distance Of No More Than 12 Km From The City Of Wolbórz, At The Expense And By The Contractors Own Transport.5. For The Delivery, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use, Depending On Needs, Self-Unloading Vehicles With A Capacity Of Up To 10 Mg Or From 10 To 30 Mg.6. The Delivery Date To The Ordering Party Is Set At A Maximum Of 3 Days From The Date Of Notification.7. Complaints Regarding The Quality And Quantity Of Aggregate Will Be Processed Within 3 Days Of Being Notified By The Ordering Party.8. The Aggregate In Question Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Following Standards: Pn-En 13242.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Supply Of Limestone Aggregate, Including Devonian Limestone And Unsorted Fractions.10. The Requirements Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract (Annex No. 7 To The Swz).
