1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Removing Slipperiness And Snow From Roads In The Dobroń Commune. The Length Of The Roads Covered By The Service Is Approximately 93 Km2. Expected Scope Of The Service: 1) Removing Slipperiness On Roads Using A 20% Sand-Salt Mixture, 2) Removing Slipperiness On Roads Using A 30% Sand-Salt Mixture, 3) Clearing Snow From Roads Using Snow Plows, 4) Clearing Snow And Sprinkling The Sidewalks With A Sand-Salt Mixture.3. The Service Will Commence After A Telephone Notification Of The Need For Its Performance, Specifying: The Scope Of The Service, A List Of Roads Subject To The Service And The Use Of The Material Composition.4. The Performance Of The Service And The Response To The Commencement Of Work May Not Exceed 2 Hours, Counted From The Moment Of Submitting And Accepting The Notification, And The Completion Of A Single Service May Not Exceed 8 Hours, Counted From The Moment Of Accepting The Notification. 5. Settlement For The Service Will Be Made On The Basis Of Invoices Issued Monthly, At The End Of The Calendar Month. The Invoices Will Be Accompanied By Documents Confirming The Provision Of The Service (Specifying The Scope Of The Service And The Use Of The Composition Of Materials) Confirmed By The Person Designated By The Ordering Party To Carry Out The Task.
