Task 1 - Renovation Services And Repairs Of Small Architecture Elements In Urban Areas In 2026 - City1. The Scope Of Work Includes Renovation And Repair Services For Small Architectural Elements That Have Undergone Natural Wear Or Have Been Damaged And Shown In The Offer Cost Estimate. Additionally, Unplanned Works That Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract Should Be Taken Into Account.2. The Cost Estimate For The Work Should Include The Purchase, Delivery And Use Of All Materials, System Elements And Accessories Necessary For The Proper, Complete Execution Of The Works And In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Manufacturers Recommendations, Including In Particular Assembly Materials, Spacers, Connectors, Protective Coatings And Finishing Materials. Additionally, The Service Includes Disassembly Of Damaged Elements And Their Disposal.3. At The Stage Of Task Implementation, The Contractor Will Have At Least 1 Vehicle With A Capacity Of Min. 0.9 Tons, Will Have The Necessary Equipment And Tools To Perform The Work - A Power Generator And Basic Power Tools.4. At The Stage Of Task Implementation, The Work Will Be Supervised On Behalf Of The Contractor By A Person With At Least Secondary Education, With A Construction Profile.5. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.6. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz).7. The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Section 1 Point 32 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Waste Act And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Resolution No. Xxxiv/346/20 Of The Piła City Council Of November 24, 2020, On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Piła.8. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have The Rights To Perform Specific Activities Or Activities, If The Law Imposes An Obligation To Have Them. During The Implementation Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Be Included In The Register Of Waste Management Entities (Bdo), In Accordance With Art. 50 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Waste Act.9. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Draft Contract (Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz).10. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.
