1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct A Science Camp For 40 Students From Grades 5-8 Of Primary Schools In The Stężyca Commune.2. The Ordering Party Requires Comprehensive Execution Of The Order, I.E. In Particular: 1) Development Of The Program And Schedule Of The Camp, Taking Into Account The Indications Contained In Point 2. Camp Program And Issues To Be Discussed And Points. 3. Organization Of The Order; 2) Conducting The Camp In Accordance With The Program And Schedule Adopted By The Ordering Party, Including Organizing And Conducting Educational Classes And Leisure And Recreation Activities During The C 3) Providing Staff During The Camp, Taking Into Account The Indications Contained In Point. 4. Teaching Staff And Nurses; 4) Providing Accommodation And Meals, Taking Into Account The Indications Contained In Point 3. Organization Of The Order, Point 5. Place Of Order And Point. 6. Food; 5) Insurance For Students Against The Consequences Of Accidents (Nnw); Medical Costs (Kl) And Civil Liability (Oc) Taking Into Account The Indications Contained In Point 3. Organization Of The Order; 6) Provide Each Student With Materials Necessary To Conduct Educational Activities During The Camp, I.E. At Least: A Notebook-Notebook With 60 Sheets Of Paper, 2 Pens And Training Materials, E.G. A Printout Of A Presentation, Etc. 7) Conducting A Knowledge Test In The Field Of Project Management Among Students At The Beginning And At The End Of The Camp In Order To Verify The Acquisition Of Key Competences By The Student; 8) Preparing And Printing Documents/Diplomas Confirming Participation In The Camp And Forwarding Them To Students; 9) Preparing And Providing The Ordering Party With Photographic Documentation Of The Camp (Min. 21 Photos On A Data Carrier, Min. 3 Photos From Each Day, E.G. On A Cd Or Pendrive); 10) The Contractor Is Obliged To Place Logos On All Materials Related To The Project, In Accordance With The Promotion Rules. 11) Marking The Documentation Kept As Part Of The Service And The Place Of Implementation Of The Camp In Accordance With The Applicable Guidelines For Information And Promotion Of Projects Co-Financed By The European Funds For Pomerania For 2021-2027; 12) Documentation From The Implementation Of The Order In Individual Areas Will Be Stored By The Contractor For The Period Resulting From The Project Documentation In The Manner Specified In The Data Entrustment Agreement Personal Data.13) Organization Of The Camp In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of September 7, 1991 On The Education System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 881, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of March 30, 2016 On Recreation For Children And Youth (Journal Of Laws Of 2016 Item 452 And Of 2021, Item 1548, As Amended), And In Accordance With The Current Guidelines Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector, The Minister Of Health And The Minister Of Education (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item
