The Customer Wishes To Order The Development And Execution Of Workshops On Spatial Creation For Employees Of State And Local Government Authorities In The Period 2026-2027. In The Cohesion Policy Funds Implementation Plan For The Period 2021-2027, It Is Stated That The Lack Of Development Capacity At The Local Level Hinders The Successful Implementation Of Support Measures, Reforms And Policy Measures. The Workshops Are Primarily Aimed At Increasing The Spatial Competence Of The State And Local Government As A Smart Client, Co-Operator And Coordinator, And Designer And Implementer Of Spatial Policy. The Study Program Is Also Aimed At Increasing The Spatial Competence Of The Local Government As A Guide And Organizer Of The Smart Planning, Design And Construction Process.
