Through This Market Consultation, The Municipality Of Roermond Wishes To Gain Insight Into The Possibilities, Points Of Interest And Preconditions Within The Market For Supplying And Distributing Breakfast Passes With Which It Supports Families With A Low Income By Offering Them The Opportunity To Purchase Healthy Breakfast Products. Approximately 150 Children Currently Receive A Breakfast Bag. With The Introduction Of The Breakfast Pass, The Municipality Aims To Reach More Children, Up To A Maximum Of 480 Children. The Available Budget For This Assignment Is €290,000 Per Year For The Years 2026, 2027 And 2028, Which Amounts To A Total Budget Of €870,000 For The Entire Duration Of The Assignment. The Municipality Can Choose To Extend The Assignment.
