Tenders Are Invited For Jk Tools - Machine Guns With A Universal Cartridge Ejection System - Technology - 4

The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Technological Equipment Resulting From The Innovation Of The Product - A Single-Shot Machine Gun, Developed By The Client In The Project Jk Tools - Machine Gun Diana With A Universal System For Ejecting Cartridges, Implemented With The Support Of Funds From The Op Tak Program. The Client Requires The Supply Of Technologies That Will Enable The Implementation Of The Project, Which Are: 1) Robotization Of The Vertical Machining Center, 2) 3D Cnc Coordinate Measuring Machine, 3) Digital Camera Measuring Device With Accessories. The Implementation Of The Order Will Be In Accordance With The Goals And Setting Of The Project, The Subject Of Which Is The Acquisition Of Technologies That Will Be Used To Start The Production Of The Innovative Product And Its Launch On The Market. The Client Requests Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract At The Clients Premises. The Delivery Will Include The Relevant Technological Equipment With Accessories, Control Software, Where It Logically Ensures The Functionality Of The Technology, Transport To The Place Of Execution Of The Order, Installation And Revival There. Where Specific Items, Trade Names Or Brands Are Referred To, This Does Not Lead To The Favoring Of Certain Products Or Suppliers, Or On The Contrary To Their Exclusion. The Designation Also Respects Industry Standards And Designations Necessary For The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order. The Client Also Allows For Other Technically And Qualitatively Comparable Solutions. Nevertheless, The Requested Fulfillment Must Be Compatible With The Clients Existing Systems, As Well As With Other Technologies Within The Concept And Goals Of The Project And The Solution Proposed During Its Implementation. This Fact Is Based On The Clients Request That, Where The Offered Performance Would Be Incompatible With Already Used Devices Or Systems Applied In The Project So Far, Its Adaptation To Operation And The Achievement Of The Clients Project Goals Would Cause Extraordinary Difficulties. The Contracting Authority Allows Alternative Solutions To The Offer, Allows Partial Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Parts. The Delivery Will Include An Ec Declaration Of Conformity. All Costs Incurred By Tenderers In This Tender And In Connection With It Shall Be Borne By The Tenderers Themselves. Pursuant To § 2E Of Act No. 320/2001 Coll., On Financial Control In Public Administration, As Amended, The Selected Supplier Is A Person Obliged To Cooperate In The Performance Of Financial Control. The Contracting Authority Declares That This Tender Is Not A Public Business Competition Or A Public Promise, And It Is Not A Public Contract Implemented In Accordance With Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, As Amended. Facts And Relationships Not Expressly Regulated By This Procurement Documentation Are Governed By The Rules For The Selection Of Suppliers Of The Op Tak Program. The Contracting Authority Points Out That This Is Not A Procurement Procedure According To Act No. 134/2016 Coll., As Amended. According To § 2 E) Of Act No. 320/2001 Coll., On Financial Control In Public Administration, As Amended, The Selected Supplier Is A Person Obliged To Cooperate In The Performance Of Financial Control, This Fact Is Accepted By The Supplier Already By Submitting The Offer. In The Tender Procedure, The Contracting Authority May Publish A Notice Of The Result Of The Tender Procedure And Any Notice Of Exclusion Of The Participant In The Same Way As It Published The Call For Tenders. Submit Offers At Least In The Czech Language.
