The County Is Seeking Consulting Services From Qualified Bidders To Provide:1. Establishing A Management Framework For A Financial Software Procurementprocess Leading To The Execution Of A Project Agreement; And2. The Municipal Oversight And Management Of The Implementation Of A Newenterprise Resource Planning (Otherwise Referred To As “Erp”).The County Will Provide A Project Management Team (Otherwise Referred To As “Pmt”)That Will Be Administered By The Chief Financial Officer (Otherwise Referred To As “Cfo”).The Pmt Will Represent The County In All Matters Related To The Project And Will Serve As Sole Liaison Between The Successful Bidder And The Financial Department Staff.
