Services Must Integrate Seamlessly With Existing Telus 9-1-1 Infrastructure And Operate Within The Alberta First Responders Radio Communication System (Afrrcs), Ensuring Full Radio Interoperability And Redundancy.The Scope Includes Provision, Implementation, And Maintenance Of A Modern Computer-Aided Dispatch (Cad) System With Gps Unit Tracking, Mapping Integration, Reporting, And Mobile Compatibility; Support For Next Generation 9-1-1 (Ng911) Readiness; Standardized Call Interrogation Protocols; Comprehensive Documentation And Analytics; Quality Assurance And Testing Programs; And Compliance With Applicable Legislation And Accreditation Standards.Proponents Must Demonstrate Experience In Rural Emergency Response Environments, Strong Interagency Coordination Capabilities, Measurable And Enforceable Service Levels (Including Defined Kpis), And A Transparent, Predictable Pricing Structure.
