The Utsjoki Salmon Center Follow-Up Planning Project Continues The Basic Work Done In The Utsjoki Salmon Center Preliminary Investigation Project (2023–2024). Lohikeskus Is Intended As A Safe Haven For The River Sami Fishing Tradition, Culture And Related Livelihoods, As Well As An Actor That Strengthens Tourism, Research And Local Vitality. The Preliminary Report Showed A Clear Need For Lohikeskus And Strong Local Support. The Follow-Up Project Focuses On Mapping And Strengthening The Ownership Base Committed To The Project, Choosing An Organizational And Financing Model, And The Rough Planning Of Phased Construction. In Addition To That, Together With The Representatives Of The Ownership Base, We Promote The Planning Of Activities And Contents, As Well As The Temporary Display Of Existing Materials. The Project Ensures That The Design Of Lohikeskus Progresses Towards The Realization Of The Construction. The Contractor Works Closely With The People Involved In The Development Of Utsjoki Municipalitys Salmon Center And Potential Representatives Of Other Owner Organizations. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Development And Negotiation Work Of The Project, The Goal Of Which Is To Successfully Carry Out The Negotiations On The Future Owner Base And Form Of Ownership, And To Design The Organizational Model, Financing Model And Preliminary Content Plan For The Utsjoki Salmon Center.
