The Procurement Is Below The National Threshold Value And Is Carried Out As A Small Procurement. The Kainuu Welfare Area (Customer) Will Make Small Purchases During 2026. The Purpose Of The Market Survey Is To Find Out The Possible Service Providers With Whom The Welfare Area Can Enter Into A Contract During The Procurement Period. This Is Not An Actual Competition, And No Separate Competition Is Organized, And Participation Does Not Create The Right To Be Selected As A Contract Partner. A Separate Procurement Procedure Will Not Be Organized After This. Based On The Market Survey, The Subscriber Can Contact By E-Mail One Or More Service Providers Who Present The Best Conditions For The Subscriber To Produce The Service Appropriately And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law. The Customer Is Not Committed To Any Purchase Quantities. The Service Is Procured According To The Customers Individual Service Needs During The Procurement Period From 1 April 2026 To 31 March 2030. The Purpose Of The Market Survey Announcement Is To Hear Views On Implementation Solutions From Service Providers Related To Procurement.
