The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Out-Of-Hours Emergency Service For The Municipalitys Properties. The Service Concerns Urgent And Sudden Repair And Maintenance Tasks That Take Place Outside Of Office Hours, Which Are Necessary To Prevent Damage Or Safety Risks. The Duty To Be On Call Includes, Among Other Things:– Receiving And Evaluating Alarm Notifications– Readiness To Go For Urgent Measures– Urgent Property Management, Hvac, Electrical And Construction Technical Activities On Site– Preventing Damage And Making The Object Safe. The Service Also Includes Ticketing Maintenance In The Municipalitys Properties On Weekdays, Weekends And Holidays In Accordance With Separate Instructions. The Monthly Charge Includes On-Call Readiness And All Those Emergency Visits Where The Work Performed At The Site Takes No More Than 60 Minutes From The Service Providers Arrival At The Site. The Arrival Time Is Verified From The Service Providers Work Report. Travel Time Is Not Counted As Work Performed At The Destination. If The Work Performed At The Destination Exceeds 60 Minutes, The Excess Work Time Will Be Billed As An Hourly Charge. Hourly Billing Starts From The 61St Minute And Is Billed For The Starting Hour. The Hourly Charge Applies To Situations Where The Necessary Handling Of A Malfunction Requires The Usual Longer Duration Of Work, Such As More Extensive Repairs. A Framework Contract Is Made For Procurement With One (1) Supplier. The Contract Period Is 1 Year, And The Municipality Can Use The Option Of Three (3) Years If It Wishes. The On-Call Service Covers All The Properties Listed In The Annex To The Municipalitys Request For Tenders, Regardless Of Location. The Property List May Change During The Contract Period. The Customer Has The Right To Add And Remove Properties During The Contract Period, If The Impact Of The Changes On The Total Value Of The Contract Is Minor. Procurement Pricing Consists Of The Following Areas: - Monthly Charge For On-Call - Hourly Charge Over 60 For On-Site Work Lasting Minutes. The Comparison Price Is Formed As A Calculated Annual Cost As Follows: Monthly Charge × 12 Months + Hourly Charge × 80 Hours. The Number Of Hours Used In The Calculation Is Based On The Expert Assessment Of The Procurement Unit And Does Not Bind The Customer During The Contract Period. The Cheapest Comparison Price Gets The Maximum Points And The Points Of Other Bidders Are Calculated In Relation To The Cheapest Offer.
