The South Karelia Welfare Area (Hereafter The Customer) Requests Offers For Medium-Risk Pressure Ulcer Mattresses. Medium-Risk Pressure Ulcer Mattress Refers To A Mattress That Optimally Equalizes The Customers / Patients Skin Pressure And Reduces The Point-Like Load On The Skin. As Additional Products, An Offer Is Requested For Different Sizes Of Medium-Risk Pressure Ulcer Mattresses And Their Covers. The Tenderer Must Be Able To Offer Not Only The Mattresses And Covers Used In The Comparison (Group 1) But Also Group 2 And 3 Products. The Goal Is That The Contract Period Starts On May 1, 2026 And Ends On December 31, 2027. The Contract Includes Options To Extend The Contract Period To The Years 2028 And 2029. The Subscriber Decides On The Use Of The Option Based On User Experience And Need. The Exercise Of The Option Is Notified Approximately Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract Or Option Year. (1) One Supplier Will Be Selected As A Contractual Partner. Estimated Consumption Is 75 Mattresses Per Year. Orders Are Mainly Targeted At Mattress Sizes 75-90X200 Cm. Additional Products Are Ordered As Needed. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Quantity Purchases, But Orders Products As Needed. The Exact Criteria And Suitability Requirements Of The Procurement Object Are In The Tender Request And Attachments. The Tender Must Be Made In Finnish.
