The Duration Of The Contract Is 60 Months, Of Which The Term For Design And Execution Is 18 Months From The Date Stipulated In The Start Order Issued By The Beneficiary. The Related Duration Of The Warranty Period For The Executed Works - 36 Months From The Signing Of The Acceptance Report To The Completion Of The Works. The Duration Of The Implementation Of The Contract Is Conditioned By The Provisions Of The Financing Contract, The Project To Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Financing Contract, I.E. 23.12.2025, A Term That Prevails In Case Of Any Discrepancies Regarding The Execution Calendar.
