Given That The Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timișoara Border Police Is The Project Leader In The Safer Climate Within The Romanian-Serbian Border Area Project, In Order To Fulfill The Objectives Of The Project, It Is Necessary To Be Equipped With These New Means Of Land Mobility That Allow The Transport Of Project Team Members. These Cars Are To Be Used To Ensure The Movement Of The Project Team To The Project Meetings (7 Steering Committee Meetings, 4 On-Site Visits, 4 Workshops For The Development Of The Joint Operational Plan, 4 Planning Meetings For The Joint Exercise), To The Trainings Within The Vârciorova Conference Center And To Other Monitoring Activities. 2. The Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timișoara Border Police, On The Basis Of The Necessity Report Drawn Up By The Logistics Service, Acquires Land Mobility Vehicles - M1-2 Cpl Passenger Car, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Projects Objectives. 3. The Awarding Procedure Will Be Completed By Concluding A Contract For The Public Procurement Of Products Between The Winning Bidder And The Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timişoara Border Police, And The Contract Will Run For A Maximum Period Of 3 Months From The Date Of Its Signature By The Latter Party. 4. The Price Of The Offered Product Will Be Expressed Without Vat In Lei In The Condition Free - Recipient. The Price Proposed By Economic Operators Through The Offer Cannot Be Changed During The Duration Of The Contract And Must Include All Expenses (Transportation, Etc.). 5. Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted. 6. The Purchase Contributes To The Fulfillment Of The Objectives Of The Romanian Border Police In Order To Ensure The Logistical Support Necessary For The Implementation Of Specific Activities At The Level Of The Territorial Inspectorate Of The Timişoara Border Police. The Purchase Of The Products Will Lead To The Efficiency Of The Processes Of Carrying Out The Activities, To The Efficient Use Of Human, Material And Financial Resources, As Well As To The Improvement Of The Quality Of The Results Of The Project Team Within The Contracting Authority. At The Same Time, The Vehicles Will Help The Institution To Fulfill The Objectives Of The Safer Climate Within The Romanian-Serbian Border Area Project, Interreg Viii Romania-Serbia Program, Ensuring Compliance With The Mobility And Logistics Requirements Imposed By Technical-Scientific Progress For The Efficiency Of The Activities Necessary To Implement The Project. The Purchase Of These Vehicles Is An Integrated Part Of The Modernization Of The Institutions Infrastructure, Contributing To The Efficiency Of The Inspectorates Activity. 7.
