The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1.1 Collection Of Municipal Waste: A) Paper, Including Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste; (B) Glass, Including Glass Packaging Waste; C) Metals And Plastics, Including Metal And Plastic Packaging Waste And Multi-Material Packaging Waste; D) Biodegradable Waste, With Particular Emphasis On Bio-Waste; E) Waste Constituting Parts Of Plants From The Maintenance Of Green Areas; F) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment; G) Furniture And Other Bulky Waste; H) Natural Christmas Trees; I) Residual Waste (Residue After Waste Segregation) - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste. 1.2 Transport Of Collected Waste To The Municipal Installation Zzo Olszowa, Olszowa, Ul. Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno. 1.3 Providing The Ordering Party With Monthly Reports On Collected Waste, The Report In Electronic Form, In Pdf And Excel Formats, Should Be Sent To The E-Mail Address [email protected] Within 7 Days From The End Of The Month To Which The Report Relates. 1.4 Ongoing Monitoring Of The Correctness Of The Method Of Collecting And Sorting Waste By Residents, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021, On The Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws, Item 906). 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including: The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities; The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Kępno Commune And A Resolution On Determining The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste, In Exchange For A Fee Paid By The Property Owner For Municipal Waste Management. 3. The Contractor Shall Bear The Total Costs Related To The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties Included In The Municipal Waste Management System, Real Estate On Which There Are Summer Houses, Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes, Family Allotment Gardens Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 5 Of The Act Of December 13, 2013 On Family Allotment Gardens (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1073) And Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated Seasonally, Located In The Kępno Commune, And Their Transport To The Olszowa Waste Management Plant Or To A Replacement Installation In The Event Of A Failure Of The Olszowa Zzo. Note: The Scope Of The Contract Does Not Include The Collection Of: 1) Hazardous Waste (In Particular, Expired Medicines, Chemicals, Paints, Oils, Fluorescent Lamps, Light Bulbs, Mercury Thermometers); 2) Construction And Demolition Waste; 3) Used Tires; 4) Municipal Waste From Real Estate
