Street-Cleaning And Sweeping Services – Service Contract Called Urban Solid Waste Collection, Street Cleaning And Management Of The Clean Point In The Municipality Of Ogíjares (Granada).. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Municipal Solid Waste Collection Services (Including The Separate Collection Of Bio-Waste), Street Cleaning And Management Of The Municipal Clean Point In The Municipality Of Ogíjares, Through An Open Procedure Subject To Harmonized Regulation. The Technical Characteristics Of The Provision, The Material And Human Resources, The Frequencies, Routes, Schedules And Other Technical Conditions Of The Service Are Established In The Particular Technical Prescription Document (Hereinafter, Ppt), Which Is An Integral Part Of The Contract And Has A Contractual Nature. The Following Are Expressly Excluded From The Purpose Of The Contract: A) The Costs Of Treating Non-Recyclable Waste (Treatment Fee), Which Will Be Assumed By The City Council. B) Glass, Textile And Domestic Oil Fractions, Managed Through Specific Agreements With Authorized Managers.
