Monthly Inspections And Activities: • Inspection Of The General Technical Condition Of The R2 Ditch And The Upper Retention Reservoir In The Ditch Along With The Culvert Under Zaglony Street, Removal Of Impurities, • Inspection Of The General Technical Condition Of The R2a Ditch And The Expansion Tank At The Pump Station, Inspection Of The Ditch And Intake Wells Where The Sumps Are Immersed In Terms Of Siltation And Litter, If Necessary, Clean And Desilt Them, • Inspection Of The General Technical Condition Of The Flood Embankment On Section From The Wandy Bridge To The Bicycle Path At The Top Of The Embankment, • Inspection Of The General Technical Condition And Completeness Of The Pump Fittings, The Collective Pressure Pipeline With Clamps And The Resisting Element. 3. Activities Related To The Maintenance And Storage Of Pump Units. The Activities Are Described In Point. 4.8 (P. 41) Of The Ba Series Pumps Use Manual Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Opz. Additionally: • Purchase Of 100 Liters Of Diesel Oil For Each Pump Tank (600 L In Total) - Once In The First Month Of Operation, Immediately After Starting Operation Of The Pumping Station. • Purchase And Replenishment Of Fluid To Reduce Exhaust Emissions To The Level Indicated In The Operation And Use Manual For Ba Series Pumps - 6 Pcs. 4. Scope Of Maintenance Works 4.1. Ditch R2 And R2a With Reservoirs: • Manual Mowing Of The Slopes Of The Ditches And The Bottom Of The Reservoir In The R2a Ditch Twice A Year (Difficult Access To The Slopes), The First Mowing From June 1 To July 15, The Second Mowing Between September 1 And October 15, Depending On Weather Conditions; • One-Time Desilting Of The Bottom Of Ditches R2 And R2a And Management Of Silt In Accordance With The Regulations On Waste Disposal; • Removing Branches And Limbs If They Occur On Slopes And At The Bottom Of Ditches.
