Construction Work - Kempeles New High School - Kvr Contract. The Municipality Of Kempele Will Build A New High School In Kempele In Accordance With This Procurement Notice And Its Annexes. The Project Also Includes The Demolition Of The Current High School In The Scope Of The Tender Documents. With This Procurement Announcement, Applications For Participation In The Negotiation Phase Of The Procurement Are Requested. The Form Of Contract Is A Kvr Contract, Where The Contractor Is Responsible For Project Planning, Obtaining Permits And Construction. An Agreement On A Separate Development Phase Is First Drawn Up With The Contractor, During Which The Projects Goals And Plans Are Jointly Refined (See The Planning Program For More Details). After The Development Phase, A Final Contract Is Drawn Up With The Contractor. The Contract Is Performed As A Contract With A Target Price. The Scope Of The Project Is Approximately 5000 Brm2. According To The Preliminary Schedule, The Development Phase Will Start In Autumn 2026, Construction In Spring 2027 And The New Building Will Be Completed In Summer 2028.
