The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Award A Global Performance Contract For The Design, Construction And Operation - Maintenance Of A College, Associated Staff Housing And A Central Production Unit In Viry-Châtillon (91). The Expected Duration Is 144 Months. The Opening Date For The First School Year Is Planned For September 2030. The Operation - Maintenance Phase Is Planned For An Initial Period Of Approximately 6 And A Half Years From Receipt Of The Work With Possibly An Extension Of 3 Years.
