Organization And Management Of The Project Construction/Reconstruction/Reconstruction Of Water Supply And Sewage Systems, Including A Wastewater Treatment Plant In The General Toshevo Agglomeration, Financed Under Procedure No. Bg16ffpr002-1.007 Program For Construction/Reconstruction/Reconstruction Of Water Supply And Sewage Systems, Including Wwtp For Agglomerations Between 5,000 And 10,000 Equiv. Under Priority 1 Waters Of The Environment Program 2021-2027. The Main Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Support The Work Of The Contracting Authority To Provide Expert Technical Assistance For Organization, Management And Reporting Of The Activities Provided For In The Project. Below Are The Activities That The Contractor Should Implement Within The Framework Of This Public Procurement, As Follows: Activity 1: Assisting The Contracting Authority In Connection With The Administration Of Public Procurement Contracts, Incl. Preparation Of Legal And/Or Technical And/Or Financial Opinions Of A Different Nature. Activity 2: Checks On The Eligibility Of Expenditure And Carrying Out On-The-Spot Checks. Activity 3: Administration Of The Adbfp. Activity 4: Preparation And Competent Participation In Audit Missions And Inspections (Including Unplanned) By The Funding Body, As Well As Other National And Supranational Bodies And Institutions. Activity 5. Assisting The Contracting Authority In The Administration Of A Contract For A Financial Instrument. The Detailed Description Of The Activities Planned For Execution Under The Order And The Sub-Activities And Additional Requirements Included In Them Are Contained In The Technical Specification.
