Bandages - Supply Of Orthoses - On Behalf Of Eight North Zealand Municipalities. The Tender Concerns The Supply Of Body-Worn Aids (Orthoses, Bandages, Corsets, Etc.) To The Member Municipalities Of In, Which Have Undertaken To Use The Framework Agreement Offered Herewith. The Municipalities That Participate In The Tender Are Specified In The Tender Order Section I.1, In Point 2.4 Of The Tender Conditions And In Page 1 Of The Framework Agreement. These Are To Be Regarded As The Contracting Parties In The Tender. The Contracting Parties Enter Into One Joint Framework Agreement With The Winning Tenderer(S) On The Basis Of The Tender. In Addition, A Signature Annex For Each Participating Municipality Is Attached, Which Describes Special Conditions For The Individual Municipality That Deviate From The Common Framework Agreement.
