The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure That The Principals Regular Day Care Facilities - And To A Lesser Extent Schools And Leisure Facilities - Have Access To Qualified Teaching Substitutes In The Absence Of Employed Staff In The Principals Day Care Facilities, Schools Or Leisure Facilities. The Agreement Must Support Continuity And Quality In The Educational Practice. The Tenderer Must Be Able To: Provide Substitutes With Relevant Experience And/Or Training Handle Both Planned And Urgent Substitute Needs Offer Substitutes For Different Target Groups And Professional Contexts.
