The Aim Of The Project Is To Demolish Several Existing Outdated Buildings And Replace Them With A New Building With The Following Functions: Secondary School With 350 Places, Shared Administrative Functions With The Primary School And A Sports Hall In Kalmthout. The New Building Will Be Integrated Into The Site With The Aim Of Bringing The Operation Of The Entire Site Into A Harmonious Whole: - The Retained Building G02 Houses Part Of The Secondary School Program, With Which A Close Link Is Necessary. - The Primary School Needs An Administrative Zone And A Multipurpose Room, Which Will Be Housed In The New Building, Shared By Primary And Secondary School. - The Design Makes It Possible For Certain Functions To Function Separately In Broad Use. The Indicative Project Budget Is 10,500,000 Euros Incl. Vat And Study Costs. With A View To Monitoring Costs And Deadlines, It Was Decided To Carry Out The Assignment Via A Db Formula, Namely One Government Assignment For Design And Implementation Of The Services And Works Provided Until Final Delivery By The Contractor. A Number Of Indicative Milestone Payments Are Provided During Implementation.
