The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Sentence Entitled: Delivery Of Equipment For The Zsckr In Mieczysławów As Part Of The Project Entitled: We Are Developing The Potential Of The School In Mieczysławów! 2. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0038/24-00 Entitled: We Are Developing The Potential Of The School In Mieczysławów! Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź For 2021-2027. 3. Due To The Extensive Description - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Delivery Details Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Combine Harvester - 1 Piece. Cpv Code: 16000000-5 Agricultural Machinery, 16300000 - 8 Harvesting Machines, 34933000-6 - Navigation Equipment, 38112100-4 Global Navigation And Positioning Systems (Gps Or Equivalent) The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery To The Headquarters Ordering A New, Non-Exhibition Combine Harvester And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Machine. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Have An Operating Manual In Polish (If Required), Be Accompanied By The Relevant Documents Referred To In The Swz, And Must Be Covered By The Warranty Period Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer, In Particular, Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Technical Parameters, Completed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. Failure To Submit Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer And Thus Constitutes A Basis For Rejecting The Offer From The Procedure. 3. The Delivered Combine Harvester Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Not For Exhibition And Free From Any Rights Of Third Parties, B) The Offered Subject Of The Order Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale On The Day Of Submission Of Offers, C) The Software Offered On The Day Of Submission Of Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production, Sale Or Technical Support - If Applicable, D) The Ordering Party Requires That The Software Delivered Is The Current Version On The Day Preceding The Day Of Submission Of Offers - If Applicable, E) The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Come From A Legal Source, Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device, Without Any Third-Party Rights.
