Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – New Construction Of The Central Clinic 2.Ba Specialist Planning For Conveyor System Technology. The Subject Of The Tender Is Specialist Planning Services For The Conveyor Systems (System Group 6 According To Hoai) As Part Of The New Central Hospital Building - 2Nd Construction Phase At The University Hospital Bonn. As A Maximum Provider, The University Hospital Of Bonn (Ukb) Is Building A Replacement Building For The Operational Center With Around 1,300 Beds As The Second Construction Phase Of The New Central Hospital. The New Building Is Being Built In A Functional Connection With The Heart Center That Is Already Under Construction (1St Construction Phase) In The Central Area Of The Venusberg Campus. The Building Comprises The Ground Floor, Four Upper Floors And A Basement And Includes, Among Other Things: A Central Operating Room With 16 Operating Rooms, Intensive Care With 48 Beds, General Care With 130 Beds, Outpatient Areas As Well As Ct And Mri Diagnostics. The Planned Usable Area Is Approx. 17,000 M². The Total Budget Of The Measure (Kg 100-700) Is Approximately Eur 278 Million Gross. The Advertised Services Include The Complete Specialist Planning Of The Conveyor Systems Across Service Phases 1-8 In Accordance With Hoai 2021 In Phased Commissioning. This Includes In Particular: Planning Of All Elevator Systems (Passenger, Bed, Material, Food And Freight Elevators) Including Traffic Dimensioning, Integration Into The Development Concept And Consideration Of Hygienic, Fire Protection And Operational Requirements. Planning A Central Pneumatic Tube System Including Connection To Existing Systems For The Supply Of Laboratory Samples, Medication And Small Materials, Taking Logistical Prioritization, Hygiene Requirements And It Interfaces Into Account. Planning A Driverless Transport System (Agv) For Automated Goods Transport (Awt) With Connection To The Campus-Wide Tunnel System Including Interfaces To Elevators And Transfer Stations In The Care And Functional Areas. The Planning Is Carried Out Integratively In The Interdisciplinary Planning Team (Property Planning, Tga, Medical Technology, Structural Planning, Fire Protection, Etc.) Using The Bim Methodology. As A Discipline Responsible For The Model, Specialist Planning For Conveyor Systems Is Fully Integrated Into The Bim Process And Must Take Into Account The Client Information Requirements (Aia) And The Bim Execution Plan (Bap). Special Framework Conditions Arise From The Inner-City Campus Location, The Structural Connection To Existing Buildings, The Ongoing Clinic Operations And High Requirements For Operational Security, Redundancy And Availability. The Measure Is Subject To The Requirements Of The Sustainable Building Assessment System (Bnb) With The Aim Of Achieving At Least Silver Certification. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages: Service Level 1: Lph 1-2 Service Level 2: Lph 3-4 (Incl. Hu Construction) Service Level 3: Lph 5-6 Service Level 4: Lph 8 There Is No Legal Right To Commission Further Service Levels.
