Sports Goods And Equipment – Purchase And Delivery Of Sports Equipment And Other Loose Equipment For The Gymnasium Of The Peter-Joseph-Lenné Comprehensive School (38). Delivery Regulations: The Gymnasium Of The Peter-Joseph-Lenné (38) Comprehensive School Is Located On The Second Floor Of A Multi-Purpose Building, Which Is Currently Still Under Construction And Has The Same Address As The Comprehensive School: Humboldtring 17, 14473 Potsdam. The Gymnasium Will Also Be Used By The Elementary School At Humboldtring (37). The Building Will Be Constructed On A Construction Site On The Northern Edge Of The School Grounds Of The Double School 37/38. The School Grounds Are Located On Lotte-Pulewka-Straße And Humboldtring. The Main Access To The Site Is At The North-Western Corner Of The Property, Humboldtring. After Completion, The New Building Will Be Accessed Via The Main Access To The School Grounds On Humboldtring Via The Existing Or Newly Created School Yard. For The Construction Project, An Access Road Will Be Created From Humboldtring On The West Side Of The Construction Site. Humboldtring Street Is Very Narrow In This Area (Residential Street) And Forms A Dead End. Traffic On Public Roads May Not Be Restricted During Construction Work. It Must Always Be Ensured That All Access Routes To The Residential Buildings, For Fire Brigade Operations And To The Actual Construction Site Are Kept Clear. The Only Access Road In This Area Is The Building (Passage Width Max. 6.00 M). At The End Of The Construction Period Of The Multi-Purpose Building, The Outdoor Facilities Will Be Completed. This May Mean That Access To The Construction Site Is No Longer Accessible Or Only Accessible To A Limited Extent. In This Case, Delivery Must Take Place Via The Schoolyard. The Gym Can Be Reached Via Two Staircases And An Elevator (Cabin Dimensions Approx. 1.00 X 2.00 M; Elevator Door Opening Approx. 0.9 X 2.10 M). The Clear Door Dimensions For Bringing The Delivery Into The Gym Or The Equipment Rooms Are: Passage At The Entrance Through The 2-Leaf External Door On The Ground Floor: Approx. W 1.50 M X H 2.10 M. (When Entering Through The Vestibule There Is Only A 1-Leaf Door With Clear Passage: Approx. W 1.20 M X H 2.10 M). 2-Wing Staircase Door On The Upper Floor: Approx. W 1.55 M X H 2.05 M 2-Wing Sports Hall Doors On The Upper Floor: Approx. W 1.55 M X H 2.25 M Equipment Room Doors In The Sports Hall: Approx. W 1.80 M X H 2.15 M. The Building Is Expected To Be Completed At The End Of April 2026. Delivery Must Take Place Within 14 Weeks Of The Award Of The Contract At The Latest. In Principle, Delivery Is Possible Monday To Friday From 8 A.M. To 3 P.M. Exceptions Are Possible If A Different Delivery Time Has Been Agreed Upon With The Consent And Prior Telephone Consultation With The Headmaster. A Complete Delivery Is Required. Partial Deliveries Are Only Permitted If Agreed In Advance. The Contractor Must Take All Necessary Measures To Ensure That There Is No Contamination Or Damage To The Deliveries Or Adjacent Components. If This Is The Case, These Will Be Charged To The Person Responsible And Deducted From The Invoice. About It
